At Cig Cymreig Cowin, we take great care to ensure all products arrive in excellent condition.

Fresh Produce

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of fresh meat items once delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsuitable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order details
• A description of the issue
• Photographic evidence where possible

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived or there is a delivery problem, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
