Christmas might still feel a little way off, but there’s nothing better than getting organised early – especially when it comes to the all-important Christmas food!
This year, Christmas pre-orders are now open at Cig Cymreig Cowin, with a range of our home-reared Welsh beef and pork available alongside custom cuts and sizes for your festive table.
❄️ Take the Stress Out of the Christmas Rush
Our aim is simple: help you get your Christmas meat sorted well before the last-minute festive rush.
Our produce will be vacuum packed, making it easy to pop straight into your freezer until you’re ready to use it. Whether you’re planning the traditional Christmas dinner, a Boxing Day feast, homemade sausage rolls or a show-stopping Beef Wellington, you can have everything ready and waiting.
Christmas availability is limited and pre-orders will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend ordering early if there’s something particular you’d like.
🥩 Christmas Beef – Fresh from the End of October
Our Christmas beef will be available fresh from the end of October, vacuum packed and ready for you to freeze at home for Christmas.
Alongside our usual range of steaks, roasting joints, mince and other favourites, we’re offering some extra-special cuts for the festive season.

Rolled Sirloin – £32/kg
A beautiful boneless roasting joint and a fantastic centrepiece for Christmas dinner or a festive family gathering.
Christmas Rib of Beef – £27/kg
A proper traditional showstopper. When ordering, please specify how many ribs you would like – from 1 to 4 ribs.

🐖 Christmas Pork – Fresh 5th December
Our Christmas pork will be available fresh from 5th December, vacuum packed and ready to freeze until Christmas.
Christmas favourites will include:

🌭 Pork sausages
🌭 Sausage meat – an essential for homemade stuffing, pigs in blankets, sausage rolls and all those festive extras.
If you have a particular pork cut or size in mind, please ask when placing your pre-order.

Our Christmas gammon joints will be available fresh from 18th December, perfectly timed for the festive week.
Whether it’s destined for Christmas dinner, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or those all-important leftover sandwiches, you can pre-order the size you need.
