What's the Difference Between Our Two Pork Sausage Ranges?

You might have noticed a few changes in our sausage department recently!

Alongside our original, much-loved sausages, we've introduced a new, slightly smaller pack to give our customers even more choice. Don't worry – nothing has changed about the quality. Both ranges are made using the same home-reared Welsh pork from our family farm, with the same commitment to flavour, welfare and traceability.

One of the questions we're often asked is:

"What's the difference between your two packs of pork sausages?"

The answer is simple – they're both made from the same high-quality, home-reared Welsh pork, but they're designed with different meals and occasions in mind.

Farm to Fork Quality

Every sausage we produce is made using pork from pigs born and reared on our family farm in West Wales. We believe in complete traceability, high welfare and producing food we're proud to feed our own family.

Whichever pack you choose, you can be confident you're buying locally produced Welsh pork with exceptional flavour and quality.

Our Original Butcher's Choice Sausages

These are the sausages that started it all.

Our 633g Butcher's Choice Sausages are our original recipe and have been part of our range from day one. They're the same large, chunky, butcher-style sausages that many of our regular customers already know and love.

Containing around 30% more sausage per pack than our smaller range, they're perfect for those who enjoy a hearty, meaty sausage that's full of flavour.

Our New Classic Farm Sausages

We've recently introduced our 480g Classic Farm Sausages to offer a more versatile everyday option.

Slightly smaller in size but made with the same home-reared Welsh pork and the same care and attention to quality, they're ideal for: Full Welsh breakfasts | Sausage and mash | Children's meals | Midweek family dinners

They're a great choice for families looking for a delicious, high-quality sausage in a slightly smaller portion size.
