Our traditional pork sausages are made using the finest quality pork from our own Tamworth X Pietrain pigs, and Saddleback X Pietrain pigs, breeds prized for their juicy texture and rich, full flavour. Carefully crafted using traditional methods, each sausage is seasoned with a balanced blend of aromatic spices to deliver a classic, hearty taste.

Why We Offer Two Types of Pork Sausages

At Cig Cymreig Cowin, we believe there's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all sausage. Whether you're feeding a family, stocking up for the freezer or firing up the BBQ, we've created two different sausage ranges to suit every occasion – both made from our own high-welfare, farm-reared Welsh pork.

Our Classic Farm Sausages

Our Classic Farm Sausages are slightly smaller in size, making them perfect for everyday family meals. They're ideal for breakfasts, sausage and mash, casseroles, hot dogs or feeding hungry children.

These sausages offer fantastic value without compromising on quality, using the same home-reared Welsh pork you know and trust.

Our Original's Butcher's Choice Sausages

If you like a proper, chunky butcher's sausage, these are for you.

Our Butcher's Choice range contains larger, meatier sausages with an even higher meat content per sausage. Perfect for the BBQ, gourmet hot dogs, or anyone who appreciates a hearty, flavour-packed sausage.

Each pack still contains six sausages, but they're noticeably larger and weigh around 633g per pack, giving you a more substantial sausage that's full of flavour and perfect for special occasions or those with a bigger appetite.

Whichever you choose, every pack is made using pork from our own farm in West Wales, where animal welfare, traceability and quality come first. From our farm to your table, you can enjoy sausages made with care, packed with flavour and produced with pride.
