Cig Cymreig Cowin – Royal Welsh Show 2026 Ticket Prize Draw

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Cig Cymreig Cowin.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Cig Cymreig Cowin and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Promotion Period

• The prize draw opens on publication of the competition.

• Entries close at 11:59pm on Wednesday 15 July 2026.

• The winner will be drawn and announced on Thursday 16 July 2026.

4. How to Enter

You can enter in one of the following ways:

Option 1 – Automatic Entry

• Receive one (1) entry for every qualifying order placed with Cig Cymreig Cowin during the promotion period.

Option 2 – Free Postal Entry

• Send your full name, postal address, email address and telephone number on a postcard or letter to:

• Postal entries must arrive before the closing date.

• One valid postal entry per envelope.

• Every valid postal entry receives one (1) entry and will be treated equally to entries received through qualifying orders.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

• One (1) standard admission ticket to the Royal Welsh Show 2026 (RRP £39).

• The winner may choose any day of attendance, subject to ticket availability.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

• The prize is subject to the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society's Visitors' Code of Conduct (https://rwas.wales/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/B-Visitors-Code-of-Conduct-2025-005.pdf) and all applicable Rules & Regulations (https://rwas.wales/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/2026-RWAS-RWS-Rules-Regulations.pdf)for the Royal Welsh Show. The winner is responsible for complying with these conditions of entry and any event guidelines in force at the time of attendance.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The draw will take place on Thursday 16 July 2026.

• All eligbile entries (orders and free postal entries) will be manually entered and the winner drawn using https://randomizer.uk/

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted using the details provided.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, Cig Cymreig Cowin reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Publicity

The winner agrees that their first name and county may be used when announcing the winner on Cig Cymreig Cowin's social media channels.

9. Liability

Cig Cymreig Cowin accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

10. Data Protection

Personal information will only be used to administer this prize draw unless you have separately agreed to receive marketing communications.

11. General

• Cig Cymreig Cowin reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary.

• The promoter's decision is final.

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The prize is awarded by Cig Cymreig Cowin. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to comply with the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society's Visitors' Code of Conduct and all applicable Rules & Regulations in force at the time of the event.
